The European Commission's Directorate General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship & SMEs and the EU SME Agency is behind an initiative to build up the digital skills of Europe's future generations. To this end, a MOOC (Massive On-line Open Course) has been developed to help teachers, particularly, in promoting digital skills in primary and secondary education. The course has been developed by The European Schoolnet Academy. 

The course starts on 14 September and lasts for 7 weeks. And the course is free!
